We raise quality French Angora, Himalayan, and Polish rabbits on a small family hobby farm in West Richland, WA (south-central Washington State). I am a 4-H leader and my three kids are just getting started in 4-H. My oldest, Sarah, raises Polish rabbits and chickens for her 4-H project.
As you can see, our bunnies are lovingly raised with time every day (in good weather) outside in pens so that they can enjoy the sunshine and fresh grass. They may be award-winning show bunnies, but they are also part of our family!
Check out the For Sale and Nest Box pages to see what bunnies are for sale. Please contact me by e-mail if you are interested in show- or pet-quality French Angora, Himalayan, or Polish kits. Adults are also usually available. Contact info: mailto:email@example.com.
RECENTLY ATTENDED SHOWS
I attended the Inland Empire Rabbit Breeders Association Snowflake Shows in Coeur d'Alene on January 30, 2010. We did very well with Lawrence, our fawn Sr. French Angora buck, getting a BOB (Best of Breed) in Show A and Ashton, our black Sr. French Angora buck, getting a BOB in Show B. We are so proud of them! God is good!
In March, we attended the Tri-Cities Rabbit Breeders Association (TCRA) shows in Kennewick, WA. We had a lot of fun and I sold a few bunnies as well. It turned out that some of the rabbits I sold were really good! It was so wonderful to see that a Himalayan doe I bred and sold got a leg at this TCRA show and then went on to get BOB and BIS at the RADA Rabbit 4H Youth Show on April 24th in Kennewick! Whoo hoo!!! Also a black jr. Polish buck I sold in March at the TCRA show went on to get BOB at the Yakima Valley Rabbit Breeders Show on April 10th in Yakima, WA and the Honorable Mention for BIS at the RADA Rabbit 4H Youth Show on April 24th. Wow!
We will be attending these rabbit shows in the near future:
June 26-27th - Washington State Rabbit Breeders Association State Convention in Ellensburg, WA.
Please come by and see us! We would love to meet you and talk rabbits! :)
